Chromebook uses Chrome as its browser and the majority of cached content on a Chromebook lives in Chrome's browser cache, which you can clear through the standard Ctrl + Shift + Delete shortcut. Chrome OS itself keeps very little user-controlled cache since the OS is stateless by design — a Powerwash (factory reset) returns the system to its fresh state because apps and settings sync from Google's servers rather than being stored locally. For app-specific cache in Android apps installed from the Play Store, go to Settings > Apps, select the app, and use the Storage section to clear its cache.
